Every year since 2008, the Budapest Festival Orchestra and Müpa Budapest have put on an all-day marathon production presenting the very best work of a given composer, with a series of consecutive concerts from morning until late evening in the Béla Bartók National Concert Hall and the Festival Theatre. From Bach and Brahms to Bartók and Bernstein, many prominent composers have taken the starring role on these days - with Beethoven already serving twice, for example. The 2023 marathon will focus on Sergei Prokofiev, who passed away 70 years ago. The Russian composer wrote exciting symphonies, concertos, chamber compositions and piano pieces, among other works, so we will be able to present a rich cross-section of his diverse oeuvre to our audience over the course of the day. Students of the Liszt Academy will perform free concerts in the Glass Hall, while memorable performances will be brought to life on the screen in the Auditorium, where we will also show the legendary films by Sergei Eisenstein for which Prokofiev composed the music.

Ismét az ISON-ban talál otthonra Nomique koncertje, ahol a 2026-ban megjelenő első, lélek.szakad című lemez dalai mutatkoznak be. A koncert egyfajta progress és vibe check, az új anyag frissen elkészült, még meg nem jelent dalait hallhatja először a közönség – olyan számokat, amelyek a Kötés EP kézműves, őszinte popvilágát viszik tovább, új hangzásokkal kísérletezve.
DuplaPresszó // Kováts Adél színésznő, a Radnóti Színház igazgatója és Wirtz Ágnes, a Világszép Gyermekvédelmi Alapítvány alapítója. Két ügyorientált hölgy a májusi vendégünk, mindkettőjük életében hatalmas szerepe van a jótékony projekteknek. A Kossuth-díjas színésznő, Kováts Adél, a Halhatatlanok társulatának tagja 1993 óta művésze a Radnóti Miklós Színháznak, ahol 2016 februárjától vette át az igazgatói posztot.
