Vera Tóth takes her audience on an intimate journey the melodies of the soul are played.
The performer, blessed with an unmistakably pure voice and accompanied by her band, The Color Quartet on strings & cellist Felician Kalmus, tells stories of deep wisdom and meaning.
Opening at 8 p.m.
Concert at 9 p.m.
Dining is ongoing until 11 p.m.

Guests of the Orfeum are entitled of a 50% discount on their parking fee after 8 p.m. in Corinthia Hotel’s guarded parking garage (entrance from Harsfa Street), upon availability, in case of leaving their car there. Nevertheless, the reservation of parking lots in advance is not possible. To redeem the discount, guests are asked to have their parking ticket stamped by one of our colleagues before validating it at the reception of the hotel.
Please note that booked tables are only reserved until up to 30 minutes after the announced starting time of the given event, if the tickets were pre-purchased. However, in case of indicating a late arrival before the announced starting time, booked places are kept until arrival.
Booked tables with non-pre-purchased tickets have to be occupied at least 30 minutes prior to the announced starting time.
Registration upon arrival, as well as the use of the guarded cloakroom is mandatory.
By purchasing a ticket to, as well as participating at a given event, all guests take note of the rules of the venue displayed and published at the online platforms of the Orfeum, and consider themselves bound to obey those.
Under applicable laws, we are required not to let enter any more persons exceeding the maximum number of guests allowed at the venue, even if someone is the holder of a pre-purchased ticket.
In order to reach a larger number of people, we support our communication with pictures taken at our public events. The management reserves the right to display these photographs, especially on our website and Facebook profiles. Failing to indicate any objection in this regard, the personal consent of the guest is deemed to have been granted. Thank you for your understanding!

Mariah Carey 1994-es dala társadalomtörténeti szempontból éppúgy izgalmas jelenség (miért ezt, és csakis ezt hallgatja a teljes glóbusz minden karácsonykor?), mint gazdaságtörténeti perspektívából (a dal egymagában több mint 100 millió dollár jogdíjbevételt termelt az elmúlt három évtizedben), a Dalszerelőműhely retro-szekciójában azonban kifejezetten művészi kérdések mentén fogjuk vizsgálni.
A Dalszerelőműhely hatodik évadának kezdetén rárúgjuk az ajtót a poptörténelem múltjának hatalmas csarnokára. Egy ujjgyakorlatként kitalált gitár-riff, egy elveszettnek hitt, hiperérzelmes szerelmes vers, egy hattagú rockzenekar, amely az első albumára készül – ezekből az alapösszetevőkből jött létre minden idők legjobb rock-dalainak egyike (sőt ne fukarkodjunk a minősítéssel: minden idők legjobb dalainak egyike), a „Sweet Child O’ Mine”.
